What data we collect

Contact and shipping details: name, address, email and phone, when you place an order or create an account.
Order details: products purchased, amounts, gift messages and returns.
Payment details: handled directly by the payment gateway; we never see your full card number.
Account details: email, encrypted password and your Club Dogora progress (number of orders).
Reviews and messages: what you write to us in the review form or by email.
Browsing data: IP address, device, browser and pages visited, through cookies (see below).

Who we share it with

Only with those we need to provide the service, always under contracts that protect your data:

Shopify, the platform that hosts the store.
Suppliers and warehouses that prepare your products, and carriers that deliver them (name, address and phone only).
Payment gateways such as Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Order management tools we use to process purchases.
Public authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers, such as Shopify, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, safeguards approved by the European Commission are used, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data: as long as tax and commercial law requires (up to 6 years).
Customer account: while it remains active; you can ask us to delete it.
Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
Cookies: for the period shown in the cookie banner.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and request the portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at dogorahelp@hotmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise; we will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

We use technical cookies needed for the store to work (cart, login, checkout). Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
